We have proudly served Austin for over 10 years and are looking for a motivated, Full-Time Associate to join our downtown team.

What you will do:
Deliver "world-class" customer service to our downtown Austin clientele. Expertly advise customers on shipping solutions, professional printing, and document finishing. Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and specialized shipping/logistics software. Assist local professionals and small businesses with printing, binding, and laminating projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and highly professional store environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Full-Time availability is required. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or Adobe Suites experience is a plus).Prompt, reliable, and professional in appearance—essential for our downtown location. Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for the duration of a shift. A fast learner who can keep up with the high energy of a busy city-center store.
