Job description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our referrals providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer and return phone inquiries promptly
- Maintain a tidy and organized storage and office area
- Schedule tours and manage calendars
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Assist with file creation for move-in's
- Ensure welcome and tour gifts are available
- Assist with special projects or events as needed Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in learning new computer applications
- Previous office experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not required
