Reports directly to the Area Marketing Operations Manager and reports functionally to the Director of Store Operations. Manages the in-store Events team.Partners with Area Marketing Operations Manager and Store Director to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to drive awareness, traffic and salesSupports the execution of local marketing initiatives and events in alignment with the store's overall marketing strategy.Assists in coordinating communication between Corporate Marketing, Store Leadership, and local partners to ensure smooth implementation of national and local marketing programs.Coordinates in-store visual and communication standards, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines.Coordinates production and installation of in-store signage, graphics, and event materials as needed.Contributes to social media efforts by capturing and submitting in-store content for approval and publication.Assists in planning and logistics for in-store and off-site events, including public and private activations, in partnership with the Events and Store teams.Supports relationships with local organizations, business partners, and community groups to strengthen brand presence.Tracks and reports on marketing activities and event performance metrics as directed by the Marketing Operations Manager.Monitors marketing expenses to help ensure adherence to defined budgets.Performs other administrative and marketing-related duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred2+ years of experience in marketing, with prior managerial experienceExperience in the food and beverage industry preferredKnowledge of Italian cuisine and culture preferredExceptional verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building skillsExcellent problem-solving and business management skillsKnowledge of and contacts in the food industryProject management skillsOrganizational and time management skillsJOB REQUIREMENTSAvailability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeAdditional InformationBenefits and PerksMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental Leave401K with match or RRSPBonus programFree family meal dailyDiscounts at EatalyClasses on products and Italian cuisineReferral bonus programAnd more!
