You will draft and review complex physician and non-physician agreements using standardized templates and perform expert-level legal research to support system-wide initiatives. You will maintain centralized electronic filing, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable effective communication across the legal team and departmental clients. Strong judgment and deadline discipline are essential.
