About the role
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Trainer | Contract | Virtual & On-Site (US Travel)Are you a Dynamics 365 CRM trainer who enjoys getting users confident and productive on the platform? We're looking for an experienced, engaging trainer to join a large-scale user enablement program, delivering both virtual and in-person instructor-led sessions across the United States. Training materials are provided, and you'll complete a structured Train-the-Trainer program before delivery, so you can focus on what you do best: running great sessions.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering end-user training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, both virtually and on-site Tailoring your delivery to suit different learner groups and experience levels Providing post-training support and answering user questions Working closely with project stakeholders to make sure training objectives are met Representing the program with a high standard of professionalism and customer service Engagement and schedule Anticipated full-time schedule for approximately six months Travel required; all training locations are within the United States
What you'll bring:
Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM training to end users Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM functionality and the business processes it supportsA track record of running both virtual and classroom-based sessions Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, comfortable working independently or as part of a project team Willingness to travel throughout the US as needed
Nice to have:
