Company Description: 20-60 Auto Parts, Inc. has been serving Buffalo, NY since 1972, as a family owned and operated business for almost 50 years. We are three generations supplying the best quality used parts at the best price within the 716 area, and now nation-wide. It began with Matthew Serwacki Sr., otherwise known as Matty, who was once an owner and operator of Clinton Collision. In need of a part to finish a collision repair, Matty stopped in only to end up leaving as a proud owner of an old time junkyard. After a decade passed, Michael Serwacki, Sr., son of Matthew Sr., stepped in his father's footsteps only to revise this old fashioned yard into a fully operational automotive recycling center. This enabled the company to completely process and recycle vehicles in a proper manner. After 37 years of building and operating the business, Michael suddenly and unexpectedly passed on leaving his own son, Michael Serwacki, Jr. to continue the legacy his family had built, allowing 20-60 Auto Parts, Inc. to maintain as one of the top auto recyclers in all of Western New York.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
