About the role
Private Travel Sales Executive – Inside Sales (Denver, CO; remote considered). We are recruiting for our retained client, a well-established luxury travel company that creates exclusive, highly curated travel experiences for top executives, entertainers, professional athletes, political figures, and other high-net-worth travelers. The business is growing, and the company is expanding its sales team. You will own a portfolio of 300 to 500 high-net-worth clients, with about 70% of your time spent on existing clients and 30% on new business. This is not a call center or a one-and-done sale: you will keep selling to established clients trip after trip while also developing new business through proactive outreach. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. The company welcomes proven sales professionals from business services, luxury products, hospitality, and other consultative sales environments. What You'll Be Doing:
Sell to and grow a portfolio of 300 to 500 high-net-worth clients Manage $1.3M to $1.8M in gross bookings per quarter by the end of the first year Generate 60–70% of quota from repeat business and rebookings Convert client inquiries into bookings and win new clients through proactive outreach Use Hub Spot to track client activity and drive follow-up and rebookings Build deep knowledge of the company's luxury travel offerings and destinations Work closely with the Guest Experience, Marketing, and destination teams so every trip is delivered as promised What the Hiring Manager Is Looking ForA proven history of carrying a sales number and meeting or exceeding quotaA stable career history, with meaningful tenure, career progression, and promotions Polished communication skills and the ability to build trust with sophisticated, demanding clients High emotional intelligence and personal accountability for resultsA genuine passion for sales and a competitive drive to winA proactive hunter mentality and willingness to create new opportunities Experience managing a book of business or recurring customer relationships Proficiency with a CRM; Hub Spot experience is a plusA background in luxury industries is a plus, but proven sales performance matters more Compensation Experienced representatives: $80,000–$90,000 base salary, with total compensation (OTE) of $140,000–$160,000 Representatives with less than three years of experience: $60,000 base salary, with OTE of $100,000 Commission on new client bookings and rebookings, plus a team bonus
