About the role

Providing bookkeeping services for a diverse range of clients, the full-time Florida Licensed Staff Accountant will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting remotely while ensuring high-quality service and oversight. Key responsibilities Prepare and process client payroll and payroll taxes, including W2s and 1099s Perform general accounting duties such as entering transactions and reconciling accounts Prepare and file sales tax returns for business clients Required qualifications 3+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Sage Experience with multi-state payroll Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
