Role Description: This is a career with purpose. It is 100% commission paid and entirely performance based. We will give you leads, marketing materials, constant training, management support, and an Action Plan to ensure your success. The Commercial Insurance Broker will prospect relentlessly and produce sales of various insurance lines, You will be responsible for providing advisory services, explaining coverage options, leading to policy placement. Day-to-day responsibilities include propsecting, lead follow-up, assessing client exposures, quoting and presenting proposals, negotiating renwal terms with carriers. The role involves ongoing account management, issuing certificates, endorsement changes, and answering client policy or claims-related questions. The broker will act timely, ensuring responsive, high-quality customer service. This is a very rewarding full-time, remote role that requires consistent communication, organized follow-up, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and performance goals.
Qualifications: If you are interested and can sell. but aren't licensed, we can help guide you to prepare to take the State Exam. Health and Life brokers need to become P&C licensed as well. Licensed P&C candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance knowledge, with experience placing and managing commercial lines coverage. Excellent Customer Service and Account Management skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and handling complex inquiries. Underwriting-related skills, including evaluating risks, compiling submission data, and working effectively with carrier underwriters. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, proficiency with insurance quoting platforms helpful. and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment are highly valued.
