Management Trainee – Sales & Leadership Development Full-Time | Sales | Paid Training | Leadership Development About the Opportunity We are looking for motivated, ambitious individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. This position provides hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, team development, and business operations. Management Trainees begin by learning the fundamentals of the sales process and customer acquisition before taking on additional training, leadership, and team development responsibilities. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are competitive, people-oriented, and interested in developing their skills in sales, leadership, business development, and management.
What You’ll Do: Gain hands-on experience in sales and customer acquisition
Represent products and services through direct, face-to-face customer interactions
Build relationships with prospective customers
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and benefits
Develop effective sales strategies and communication techniques
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Track personal performance and sales results
Participate in ongoing sales, product, leadership, and management training
Work alongside leadership to learn daily business operations
Assist with training and supporting newer team members as you progress
Develop skills in coaching, team development, and performance management
Take on additional leadership responsibilities based on performance and development
What We’re Looking For:
Previous sales or leadership experience is helpful but not required. We provide hands-on training for individuals who demonstrate strong potential and a willingness to learn. Ideal candidates will have:
