Your new role As the HR Generalist, you will support the U.S. HR Manager across the full employee lifecycle and take ownership of key day to day HR processes. You will manage HR administration, employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll and benefits support, employee engagement, HR systems, compliance, and recurring people initiatives while collaborating with colleagues across the United States and UK. This is an office-based position in Washington, D.C.What you will need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3+ years of direct Human Resources experience Hands on experience supporting multiple areas of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll inputs, and HR administration Experience responding to employee and manager questions while applying sound judgment and escalating sensitive matters appropriately Working knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, confidentiality requirements, and compliance documentation Experience maintaining an HRIS, preferably BambooHR, and ensuring employee data, reports, trackers, and audit records remain accurate Strong attention to detail, follow through, organization, and the ability to independently manage competing deadlines in a growing environment What you will get in return You will join a growing international organization where you can expand your HR experience across operations, recruitment, talent development, payroll, benefits, employee engagement, and compliance.
