About the role

Bay Colony Search is seeking a General Manager to rebuild a digital media business with a $2-3M revenue portfolio. You will own strategy and the P&L, and build direct relationships with your audience, not rely on algorithms you don’t control. You’ll design modern B2B media strategies, drive revenue from subscribers, and shape the future of an AI-enabled publishing operation. NYC-area office presence is expected most days.
