The OpportunityAdobe is redefining how enterprises orchestrate customer experiences in an AI-first world. We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management, AI Platform to lead the next generation of AI and agentic platform capabilities built on AEP. This role sits within the Customer Experience Organization (CXO).This is a platform-level product leadership role, owning the AI capabilities that power Adobe's vertically integrated customer experience stacks from core platform services to the applications built natively on top of AEP.What You'll DoDefine and own the AI product strategy and execution for AEP, including:Platform level AI technologies that enable intelligent, real time customer experiences at scaleAgentic workflows and orchestration frameworks that power Adobe's next generation AI agents across Experience Cloud applicationsLead the long-term product vision and roadmap evolution.Shape and deliver future versions of Adobe's agentic AI platform in close partnership with engineering,Drive alignment across multiple internal stakeholders in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.Lead and develop a team of product managersWhat You'll Need To SucceedProven product leadership in platform or infrastructure-level products. The U.S. pay range for this position is $190,400 -- $397,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $255,500 - $397,250.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
