- Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (every other Friday off)

- Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of the program. (Exceptions made for those 16+ if they've graduated high school early)
- Must have graduated from high school or possess a GED, or be on track to graduate prior to the program start.
- Must be accepted into the USU Eastern Pre-Apprenticeship Program and complete any required enrollment through USU Eastern.
- Must successfully complete Intermountain Electronics' pre-employment hiring process, including a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and regular attendance.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to accept coaching and constructive feedback.
- Ability to safely perform physical work, including standing for extended periods, lifting materials, bending, climbing stairs, and working in a manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to following all Intermountain Electronics safety policies and procedures.
