Foundry Laborer Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Foundry Laborers for a metal manufacturing / foundry company in Saint Cloud, MN. In this role, youll support furnace and melt operations that are critical to producing high-quality metal products in a safety-focused environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, physically active days, and working with a dependable team, this could be a great long-term opportunity with weekly pay. Perform pressure pour tender duties, converter truck driving, and additional melt tasks as required Assist melter and assistant melter with furnace operations, operational maintenance, and deslagging Help perform refractory repairs on furnaces, ladles, spouts, and related equipment Assist during furnace coil changes and refractory relines Operate cranes to meet production requirements Monitor quality, mechanical, or delay issues and notify supervisors as needed Use downtime productively by completing housekeeping and area improvement tasks Must have at least 6 months experience working in a heavy manufacturing setting within the last 2 years Must be able to work in extreme heat and industrial foundry conditions Willingness and ability to wear all required PPEMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to perform physically demanding work for an entire shift Reliable attendance in compliance with company guidelines Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
