Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.Prior office experience, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Excel. Ability to perform basic administrative and clerical tasks (filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and typing).Strong phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems. Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Ability to remain composed in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. A positive, enthusiastic, and respectful attitude.
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and friendly customer support. Communicate customer needs effectively to staff members. Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Manage office inventory, including placing orders and restocking supplies. Ensure compliance with all office and company policies. Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area. Maintain workplace security by following established visitor and staff procedures.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay based on experience; 40 hours guaranteed.401(k) with company match. Health and dental plans. Paid holidays and vacation.
