About the role

People & Culture Senior Director The Senior Director, People & Culture is Textile Exchange's senior-most People leader. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and partnering closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Senior Director serves as a trusted advisor across the organization and is a member of the Leadership Team. Textile Exchange's purpose is to build a global fiber and materials production model that positively impacts our planet, and our strategy is anchored in helping the fashion, textile, and apparel industry reduce greenhouse gas emissions from fiber and raw materials production by 45% by 2030. The Senior Director leads a people strategy rooted in that purpose, translating strategic priorities into clear people priorities and measuring progress against them. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
