About the role

Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Senior Medical Safety Scientist in the Princeton, NJ area (also San Diego, CA) to lead safety surveillance across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with Safety Physicians and cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and communicate safety risks and support regulatory submissions. The role requires advanced pharmacovigilance expertise, 7+ years in drug safety, and strong knowledge of MedDRA, DSURs, and risk management.
