About the role
Assembly Technician
Pay: $22-24/hr.
Hours: Mon-Fri (7am to 3:30pm)
Description:
The Assembly Technician will assist in the assembly of enclosure systems. This will require knowledge and understanding of reading a tape measure and blueprints.
Requirements:
Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints (test will be required)Ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure (test will be required).Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions. Construction/Building experience a plus Ability to lift and maneuver metal components a minimum of 50 lbs Flexibility to work in other related departments as required. Some overhead crane experience is a plus.
Job Duties:
Read and work off blueprints Follow written and verbal work instructions Lift and maneuver metal components a minimum of 50 lbs. Read and interpret a basic tape measure Proficient use of basic hand tools such as grinder, cut-off wheel, and magnetic drill. Assemble large metal enclosures.
