About the role
- Select and assemble orders and stage efficiently
- Manage operational projects to improve efficiency and quality of wholesale pick-up orders.
- Hold daily huddles to establish workflow and expectations.
- Run unconfirmed order lists to view orders for the following day.
- Manage and prepare routes for daily orders
- Prepare and print item stickers and picklists for Will Call team.
- Select orders and properly stage them according to customer pick-up times.
- Constantly communicate with the sales team and other departments regarding customer orders, issues, delays, and any other event that may take place.
- Collect payment from customers and manage cash drawer.
- Perform all duties assigned to Will Call associates.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GEDBasic reading, writing and math skills
- Computer knowledge with ability to adapt to warehouse software program
- Customer service or general clerical office experience
- Comfortable with machinery reaching heights of 25 ft.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform duties in freezer and coolers
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast paced work environment

- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, sit, operate warehouse equipment.
- Must be able to use hands to handle, feel, finger; reach with hands and arms, see, talk and hear.
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs, frequently lift and carry up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods with temperatures reaching -10 · Possess normal vision with or without correction and able to distinguish colors
- Possess fluent speech in English, writing and communication skills necessary to effectively carry out job functions
- Must be able to read and comprehend work related materials, numerical data and diagrams.
