About the role

The Role:
  • Fidelity Digital Assets, a Fidelity Investments Company, is developing a full-service enterprise-grade platform for storing, trading, and servicing digital assets, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
  • The Expertise And Skills You Bring
  • Professional experience developing publicly available Android and iOS using Swift 3/4 or Objective-C and Kotlin supported by RESTful web services
  • Verifiable experience as a Subject Matter Expert using Swift, Objective-C, Cordova framework, Ionic Capacitor, UIKit, and XCode in a large enterprise environment
  • Verifiable experience as Android apps developer using Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Gradle, Cordova framework, Ionic Capacitor, and Android Studio in a large enterprise environment
  • Participated in the release of at least one publicly available app to the Apple App Store or Google Play participating from inception to launch using automated tooling
  • Proven experience in using automated tooling; Jenkins, Fastlane, XCode toolchain, Gradle and Google Developer APIsExposure to Agile development methodology and in-depth knowledge secure coding standards and practices
  • Code Quality/Coverage Tools (Sonar, JaCoCo or equivalent)BS or above in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying applications in a DevOps environment using CI/CD tools
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, highly matrix environment to achieve group goals
  • Previous experience using business requirements to develop technical designs and define architectural strategies and solutions
  • The ability to communicate problems and recommend solutions to project leaders
  • Defining and developing mobile applications for our products
  • Rapid prototyping to validate good and bad ideas quickly
  • Writing source code, adapting existing components, and unit testing developed components.
  • Ensuring designs meet performance, security, usability, and reliability and scalability requirements.
  • Mentoring and encouraging more junior technical staff
