The successful candidate will be responsible for operating at both start-up speed and enterprise scale, with a focus on raising significant funds and developing a robust business strategy to expand the real estate model regionally and nationally. This role demands a dealmaker's sensibility, a creative and solution-oriented approach, and the ability to hold the big picture strategy while also being hands-on in execution. The Chief Strategy & Growth Officer will work closely with the CEO to create and implement a three-year fundraising strategy, set revenue goals, and ensure proactive monitoring of progress. They will also be tasked with building and stewarding relationships with the venture capital community, high-net-worth individuals, and other stakeholders to accelerate funding and awareness of the organization's solutions. The ideal candidate for this position will be a resourceful, mature, and charismatic leader with extensive experience in venture capital funding, start-ups, sales, business development, or related fields. They should have a proven track record in raising venture funds and private investments, as well as the ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges. Experience in advocacy work and a strong understanding of the political landscape at local, state, and federal levels are advantageous. The Chief Strategy & Growth Officer will also be expected to lead a high-performing team, ensure cross-functional alignment, and drive the achievement of strategic goals.
