Initiate authentic conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service. Create a seamless omnichannel experience by utilizing available tools. Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs. Contribute to overall store performance by staying accountable to personal goals. Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization. Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards. Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.For all other states, must be at least 18 years old. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
