About the role

Edenton Street United Methodist Church seeks a Director for The Gathering & Emerging Ministries to lead worship and spiritual formation. You will direct The Gathering’s life, shape worship through music and planning, and collaborate with the clergy and lay teams to fulfill ESUMC’s mission. You will recruit and mentor the band and volunteers, participate in broader ESUMC ministries, and nurture youth, college, and young adult worship initiatives.
