About the role

Whatcom Land Trust is seeking a Philanthropy Director to drive the resources needed to fulfill its mission. This role will plan, develop, and oversee philanthropy and fundraising goals, shaping strategies and benchmarks to sustain the organization’s growth and impact. The Director will lead donor relations and campaigns, building a culture of philanthropy throughout the Trust to achieve short- and long-term revenue targets that support its expanding programs and operating needs.
