About the role

QE Solar is seeking a Portfolio Lead in Springfield, NJ to ensure excellent client service and smooth project operations. You will coordinate scheduling, resources, and day-to-day management across multiple solar projects, acting as the primary client contact. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in service/operational/project management, with solar/renewables experience and BESS exposure. Strong Excel/Smart Sheet skills and the ability to read electrical diagrams are required.
