Job Description:
-Provide hands-on technical support to customers using our Kubernetes-based platform, including troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues, responding to support requests via calls and chat, and guiding customers through onboarding, deployment, and application development workflows.-Support the building and maintenance of a DevSecOps pipeline using the latest open-source technologies.-Use Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to automate everything from configuration management to infrastructure provisioning.
Required Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience developing tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity, including building and maintaining IaC solutions using Terraform or Terragrunt-4+ years of experience developing, deploying, and managing cloud applications, including AWS-3+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues for CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness-2+ years of experience deploying and managing applications within Kubernetes -Experience developing multi-tenant enterprise cloud-native solutions-Experience working with application development teams across the software development life cycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment-Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of DevOps experience in Lieu of a Degree-Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date
Preferred Qualifications:
