Job Description: Insight Global is seeking an AI Program Lead to help a large enterprise client build and scale its AI capabilities. This individual will work closely with business leaders, IT, cybersecurity, governance teams, and executives to evaluate AI opportunities, design solutions, and lead initiatives from concept through implementation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and can effectively translate AI capabilities into practical business outcomes. Responsibilities include leading AI assessments, managing proof-of-concept efforts, supporting governance and compliance activities, evaluating vendors and technologies, and helping define the organization's AI roadmap. This role will also help establish best practices for responsible AI adoption while working across teams to drive successful implementation and long-term scalability. Day-to-Day: Lead AI intake discussions with business units and document requirements Evaluate AI use cases for value, feasibility, data readiness, complexity, and supportability Design AI solutions, architectures, integrations, and governance controls Build or guide AI proofs of concept and prototype development efforts Research and evaluate AI vendors, platforms, models, and products Coordinate testing, deployment readiness, access management, and operational support Maintain AI roadmap, backlog, and prioritization framework Present recommendations and updates to the monthly AI Governance Committee Document risks, ROI, approvals, and governance decisions Partner closely with cybersecurity and governance teams Monitor AI solution performance, adoption, reliability, and operational effectiveness Guide business stakeholders on approved AI capabilities and best practices Must-Haves:5-7+ years of technology leadership experience 3+ years delivering, evaluating, or implementing AI/ML, analytics, or LLM-enabled solutions Strong Python and SQL skills Experience with LLMs, AI platforms, APIs, and integrations Experience with Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, or similar platforms Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and own a functional area Experience building processes, governance frameworks, intake workflows, and review procedures Ability to move solutions from assessment and proof of concept through deployment and support Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field Plusses: Master's degree in a technical or analytical discipline Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot implementation experience Experience with MLOps or LLMOps practices Knowledge of Responsible AI, NIST AI RMF, privacy, security, and enterprise risk frameworks
