About the role

Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency seeks a Lead Site Assistant to support shelter operations for ARCHES sites in Polk and Marion counties. You will help with cleaning, laundry, clerical tasks, data entry, and guiding clients to resources. You will train incoming staff and volunteers, coordinate with staff and volunteers, and ensure HMIS data input and safe, respectful service delivery. Shift: Day shift Friday–Tuesday; grow with opportunities.
