What You'll Be Doing: You will play a direct role in supporting: Client onboarding & customer experience Gold & Silver IRA processing Compliance workflows & documentation Shipping coordination & tracking Client confirmations & follow-upCRM management & operational organization Online review & reputation management Executive and sales team support Internal workflow management between departments This position is critical to the day-to-day operations of the company. We move fast, operate with high standards, and expect professionalism and accountability from everyone on the team.
