Are you passionate about a consultative sales approach and understand all aspects of the sales process? Do you have the ability to take the time to understand the pain points of the professionals we serve and connect those pain points to the solutions IOFM offers? If so, we want you to join our team as an Account Executive! In this role, you will work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Content, Customer Service) to fully understand the audience and their needs. Your Key Responsibilities: Meet and Exceed Sales Goals:Achieve sales targets through sales of event attendance, membership, and e-learning offerings. Brand Representation:Represent our brands with confidence and professionalism with current and prospective customers. Effective Prospecting:Consistently and effectively find new leads through Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator, and other related events. Outbound Efforts:Engage potential customers through calls, e-mails, social media, and all available tools/resources. Compelling Proposals:Create compelling proposals to help secure new business. Sales Tracking:Track and manage all sales and prospecting activity in Salesforce. Pipeline Reports:Provide and discuss pipeline reports and analysis on a weekly basis. Customer Service:Maintain strong business relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and superior customer service. Market Trends:Keep abreast of current market and sales trends and identify and qualify new prospects to support territory growth. Event Attendance:Attend competitive and industry events. Collaborative Work:Work collaboratively with Sales Manager and Director to advance product portfolio and meet group goals. Your Skills & Qualifications: Sales Knowledge:Proven background in sales with 2-4 years of experience; B2B Event or Content Sales is preferred. Organizational Skills:Strong organizational skills to manage selling multiple products. Communication Skills:Ability to communicate direction and align with peers; strong communication skills to present and sell ideas to customers and senior management. Strategic Thinking:Strategic thinking to develop and implement growth strategies for product sales. Interpersonal Abilities:Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability:Capacity to change directions while effectively juggling multiple projects and priorities. Negotiation Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel: Required 2-3 times annually. If you are fully remote, additional travel to our office located in Portland, ME may be required.
