Program Management Experience Required
Qualifications:
Required: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and related project management tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable information. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience Preferred:
• Experience working in engineering development, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing environments. • Familiarity with part release processes, engineering change management, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems. • Knowledge of Agile or Stage-Gate development processes.
