What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years of leadership management experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry 5+ years of experience working in the QSR industry

- Ability to motivate, coach, and hold your team accountable
- A guest-first mindset with a commitment to excellence
- Comfortable managing P&L responsibility and food safety practices
