About the role
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, notes, and video; keep a complete written record of conversations, concerns, and next steps
- Prepare appointment folders, compile advisor notes, and start financial-model updates from statements and client information
- Sit in on meetings, take notes, send recaps, and track action items with the team
- Research investment and life-insurance options and help service accounts once properly licensed
- Back up the front office: phones, scheduling, applications, and walk-in help
- Protect advisor time by prioritizing documentation and deadlines What you bring Required

- Strong writing, phone manner, and Microsoft Office / Excel skills
- Comfort juggling details without dropping them
- Ability to pass fingerprint, criminal, and credit background checks
- Willingness to pass the SIE exam if you are not already licensed Preferred
- Associate degree or higher
- Customer service, banking, insurance, legal support, marketing, or sales experience
- Calm, warm style with people who are making money decisions Schedule and pay
- Full-time, 36 hours per week
- Office closes Friday at 12:30 p.m.
- Paid Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day
- Extra paid days: Friday before Memorial Day and Labor Day, Presidents’ Day, and Martin Luther King Jr. Day, plus earned vacation
- Salary $38,000–$48,000 based on experience
