About the role
Senior Billing Coordinator - Phoenix, AZ Working Situation: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in office) Role: The Senior Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the billing process of the law firm. You will be tasked with reviewing and processing invoices, tracking time and expenses, managing budgets, and ensuring that all billing procedures are in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.Responsibilities:Reviewing and processing invoices from attorneys and outside vendors Managing time entries and edits, adjustments, write-downs, etc. Ensuring all billable time and expenses are accurately recorded and billed to clients Preparing and distributing detailed billing reports to attorneys and clients Electronic invoicing Requirements: MUST have prior/current law firm/legal billing experience.
