What You'll Do: Deliver a premium ownership experience for every Lincoln client. Build lasting relationships through trust, communication, and professionalism. Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines. Coordinate repairs efficiently with technicians and management. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Consistently meet and exceed sales, CSI, and performance goals.
Qualifications: Previous experience as a Service Advisor required. Luxury/Highline dealership experience preferred (Lincoln, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, Audi, Cadillac, Acura, Infiniti, Volvo, etc.). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
