Overnight Dispatcher / Client ManagerWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented overnight dispatcher / client manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage dispatch operations, coordinate logistics, and serve as the primary point of contact for our clients during overnight hours.Position Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Wednesday Sunday (Mondays & Tuesdays Off)Location: Remote (Requires one in-person meeting every two weeks)Training PeriodSchedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PMDuration: Initial 2 to 4 weeks (Transitions to the regular overnight schedule upon completion of training)Key ResponsibilitiesHandle overnight incoming client calls, emergency dispatch needs, and service requests promptly and professionally.Complete a minimum of 4 hours of client-focused administrative work per weekend shift (data entry, account maintenance, reporting, and follow-ups).Monitor operational workflows and coordinate personnel or field teams to ensure timely service execution.Maintain accurate documentation of all calls, dispatched jobs, and shift activity logs.Solve routine overnight challenges independently and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.Schedule & CompensationWork Days: Wednesday through Sunday with fixed, consecutive days off every Monday and Tuesday.Wednesday Friday Hours: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM (Fixed 9-hour shifts).Saturday & Sunday Coverage: Flexible, on-call coverage hours. You must remain fully available to take client calls as they come in and complete at least 4 hours of dedicated administrative work per day.Weekend Pay: Flat rate of $200 for Saturday coverage and $200 for Sunday coverage, plus competitive hourly pay for weekday shifts.QualificationsProven experience in dispatching, client management, customer service, or logistics preferred.Ability to stay organized, manage flexible on-call responsibilities, and work independently.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Tech-savvy with proficiency in dispatch software, CRM systems, and standard office communication tools (experience with ServiceTitan is preferred, but not required)
