About the role
Supporting a large-scale technology transformation initiative, the temporary remote Project Analyst will coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, facilitate project meetings, and track project deliverables while collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and working sessions, capturing notes and documenting key decisions
Track project action items, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-up with responsible owners
Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation repositories while assisting with project governance activities and reporting
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience supporting projects, programs, or technology initiatives
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
Experience in IT, software implementation, or digital modernization projects preferred
