Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional with Inside Sales experience to join our team. In this role, you will take inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers to identify their needs, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly and computer savvy.
Responsibilities: Place outbound calls and receive inbound calls Identify the reason for the customer's call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics Upsell products and services when appropriate Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers Document all customer interactions Attend training to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications: High school diploma/GEDPrevious experience as a call center representative, or inside sales representative, or a similar role is preferred Must be result oriented. This is a high-paced environment. Excellent phone and verbal communication skills Understanding of active listening techniques Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs Ability to work well under pressure Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
