About the role
Podium, a leader in AI-powered local business communications, seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting across geographies and functions. This role will mentor a high-performing team, partner with senior leaders, and build an AI-enabled recruitment function from our Lehi, Utah HQ.
You will own the executive recruiting lifecycle, develop scalable playbooks, and drive rapid, data-driven hiring across the organization.
