Customer Service Representative Conference Center ReceptionistThe Customer Service Representative Conference Center Receptionist serves as a professional and customer-focused first point of contact for visitors, guests, and event attendees. This position ensures smooth daily operations of the receptionist area, management of incoming communications (phone, email, etc.), support of Conference Center activities & logistics, and various other administrative tasks associated with PaTTAN initiatives.Knowledge & Skill Requirements:Education Required: High school diploma or GED.Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.Other Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and customer service skillsTact and diplomacyEffective listening and communication skills, both written & verbal, with an important emphasis on professional, customer-oriented phone etiquetteSelf-directed with effective time management and a proven ability to work with minimal supervisionAbility to multitask, perform under pressure, and manage stress while maintaining productivityExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential informationAbility to access keyboard and phone system, vocal output requiredStrong computer and software knowledge: Microsoft O365 MS TEAMS, OneDrive, and SharePointUtilization of VOIP telecoms systemsRecord Management Databases/Solutions
