About the role

Seeking an innovative Instructional Design Consultant, the full-time remote position will partner with various business divisions to assess training needs, design effective learning solutions, and develop engaging content that supports enterprise-wide initiatives using the ADDIE methodology. Key responsibilities Evaluating the effectiveness of audiovisual materials to ensure training objectives are achieved Developing and implementing classroom and technology-based training programs tailored to organizational needs Managing instructional development projects, including budgeting and resource allocation Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment) 1 year of SCORM content development experience 1 year of experience in Instructional System Design 4 years of experience in website design and online training content development Proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe eLearning tools
