About the role
A renowned architecture firm headquartered in New York City is looking for a Graphics Coordinator to join their Marketing team. Their work spans a wide range of celebrated projects around the world, and they're known for thoughtful, enduring design and a strong commitment to craft. That same care carries through to how their work is presented, from books and proposals to awards and social media. You'll help produce the firm's print and digital materials, including books, proposals, presentations, project sheets, and award submissions, working closely with the Creative Director, the Graphic Design Manager, and teams across the firm. You'll also create social media graphics, photograph office events, and keep the firm's brand polished and consistent. It's a detail-driven role with high standards, and a great opportunity to grow your design career alongside a talented creative team. The right person for this role: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Visual Arts, or a related field 1+ years of experience as a graphic designer, coordinator, or similar roleAEC or design industry experience a plus Strong proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and MS Office Experience with OpenAsset or other visual asset management tools Sharp attention to detail, strong organization, and excellent time management Interest in photography and social media a plus
