Now Hiring Reach Truck Operators! We are seeking experienced and dependable Reach Truck Operators to join our warehouse team in Elwood, IL. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading distribution operation offering competitive pay, steady hours, and multiple shift options. Available Shifts1st Shift5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Yamaha/RAI)8:00 AM – 4:30 PM9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (LG)2nd Shift2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday (Yamaha/RAI)3rd Shift Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Yamaha)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate reach trucks and forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
  • Accurately pick and put away products using RF scanners and warehouse systems
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous reach truck and/or forklift experience required
  • Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
