About the role

Believer Position Play. Teach. Believe. We're looking for a certain kind of person. They kneel down to a child's eye level. They bring the same patience to the tenth try as the first. They celebrate a tiny win like it's the biggest thing that happened all weekbecause for a young child with autism, it might be. We call them Believers. They are teammates who believe in progress of our kiddo's and in each other. And we don't need you to have experience to be one! We'll teach you the skills; you bring the heart. Many of our teammates have worked as nannies, babysitters, childcare or daycare providers, paraprofessionals, educators, teachers, CNAs, caregivers, home health aides, social workers, CPS worker, or behavioral health technicians. If you enjoy helping children learn and grow, we'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do:

You'll work and play 1-on-1 with children under 6 years old who have a diagnosis of autism, helping them build skills like communication, independence, play, and social connection.
Use play, connection, and ABA Therapy to help children learn and grow
Celebrate and document progress, big and small
Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with
Get a pay raise in your first 45 days by getting your RBT Certification (nationally recognized!)

What we're looking for:

Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
Reliability and strong follow through
Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days
Minimum age 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent
Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed

What we offer

Pay: $16.58 to $29.13 per hour based on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday- regular schedule during the hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm with the occasional Saturday Health / Dental / Vision Insurance for FTE'sSupercharge your career by staying with us to become a BCBA.
