Manager, Employee Engagement at a glance...You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive employee engagement and support the Company's goal of being a best-in-class employer. This role is analytical and strategic: you will work with large datasets, turn employee listening inputs into clear insights, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to guide decisions and execute initiatives. Support development and execution of comprehensive engagement strategies to support the Company's goals Design, implement, and evaluate engagement initiatives for both salaried and hourly populations, using insights to identify opportunities and track effectiveness Plan and implement annual and mid-year surveys for North America Zone employee population including driving participation Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Commercial, and Operations teams and leaders, to align engagement initiatives with business objectives at the local and global level Analyze data and metrics (including survey results) to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations Provide strategic guidance and support to HRBPs on engagement-related matters Manage budget and resources to ensure effective execution of engagement initiatives Bring external insights to inform and strengthen our engagement strategy Recipe for Success - apply now if this sounds like you! I have demonstrated data analysis skills and am comfortable translating findings into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholdersI have excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. I have demonstrated organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize competing demands and execute projectsI have a demonstrated ability to work as a team and to inspire excellenceI have professionalism and discretion with confidential information as is paramount
