Upstart is a digital-first AI lending marketplace empowering Americans to access affordable credit. As the Art Director, Performance, you will create high-impact creative across Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) and partner with Marketing and Creative to drive growth.
You'll blend performance insights with brand expertise to deliver innovative campaigns. You'll apply AI in the creative process, lead cross-functional collaboration, and shape best-in-class evergreen and influencer
