Role Description:
This is a full time, on site Data Entry Clerk and Bookkeeper role at MCB Yoga and Fitness LLC. The role involves entering, updating, and maintaining financial and client records with high accuracy. You will handle bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions, tracking expenses, managing invoices, and reconciling accounts. You will also support administrative duties, organize records, and ensure all financial data stays accurate and secure. A structured 4 week orientation and training program is provided for all new hires, with or without prior experience.
Qualifications:
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed • Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets and accounting software • Experience in data entry or bookkeeping is an advantage but not required • Willingness to learn and follow financial processes during training • Good communication skills for working with team members and clients • Strong organization and time management skills • Ability to handle confidential financial information with care • High school diploma or equivalent; bookkeeping or accounting training is a plus
