Position Summary:
Seeking an Associate Bank Loan Closer with 3-5 years of experience, preferably acquired in a buy-side firm, and solid CLO Middle Office experience. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to learn and grow with our Investment Operations team.
Responsibilities:
Oversight of all bank loan settlements based on the assigned issuers including: Managing open trades with counterparties / agents for execution Cash management across warehouses / funds ahead of settlements Weekly open trade reporting Working with vendor regarding all bank loan settlements and answering queries
Qualifications:
3-5 years in a similar role at a buy-side firm. Excellent communications skills Strong Excel and technology skills Knowledge of bank loan operations Knowledge of Bank Loan closings, restructurings, and other non-vanilla transactions Knowledge of Wall Street Office administrator or other portfolio administration system modules is strongly preferred
