About the role
Leading the recruitment and development of independent agents, the fully remote State Licensed Agency Sales Manager will manage the full agent lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and coaching, while also maintaining personal production during peak enrollment periods.
Key responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new agents, ensuring they are set up for success with structured training and clear milestones
Conduct group training sessions and provide one-on-one coaching to enhance agents' product knowledge and sales techniques
Drive measurable team performance by tracking production targets and identifying underperforming agents for coaching or off-boarding
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly in Medicare and ACA markets
Active health/life insurance license in good standing and willingness to obtain additional state licenses
2+ years of personal production experience as an insurance agent
2+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or training agents in a relevant setting
Demonstrated ability to coach others to higher performance with measurable results
